I don't bite (often)

Get in touch

No discovery call funnel, no pushy Sales rep, no qualification process. Tell me what's going on and I'll tell you what I think.

I use what you send me to reply to you and nothing else. No list, no newsletter, no passing it on.

What happens next
  1. 1

I read it over your message

Not a form that goes into a CRM to be assessed for commission value or a drip-fed sales pipeline.

  2. 2

I reply with an actual opinion

Not a brochure. Not a calendar link. Not an AI summary with some basic SEO issues flagged by a 3rd party tool.

  3. 3

If it's a fit, we talk more

From there I can have a look at your site/challenges in more detail and assess if SEO will bring you the results you desire.

  4. 4

    We work together?

If all is agreed and you're happy with my strategy/rates, I will start working for your business ASAP.

FAQ

Before you write to me, please read...

Do you work with businesses outside Suffolk?
Yes - I'm based in Suffolk but I work with clients anywhere in the UK or around the world. I have worked with clients in the USA and Switzerland in recent years, and even more locations over the course of my career.
What do you need from me to quote?
Your website, a plain description of what you're trying to fix/achieve, and a rough idea of available budget. The more context you give me up front, the more useful and specific my reply can be.
Do you do free audits?
No - a proper audit is real work and takes real time, so I don't give them away. But telling me what's going on and getting an honest opinion back costs nothing. If a paid audit is the right next step, I'll say so.
Is it worth me sending my CV or external services for considation?
Probably not. Despite my site making it clear I am a one-man army I still get emails asking if the "team" could benefit from XYZ service. I also don't need an SEO to help me with SEO for my own business, please remove me from your spam tools. If you are a new starter or looking to get work in the digital industry I'm happy to advice and even pass you on to other relevant professionals if your message is written by an ACTUAL human, but that is rare for cold contacts. Sorry!
